Don't Make Judgement (Cats) Calls
Often we are triggered by people or events, or just certain situations. Far too often this leads to irritation, anger, “blowing up“, resentment and potentially regret if we react and lash out at the people we love and care about.
Digging deeper in search of healing, there is a reason you are “triggered”. Honour everyone even if they drive you crazy. The key to healing is to be an enemy to no one. Don’t make judgement calls on people even if you don’t agree with their values.
Everyone’s world is different and even if you spent the entire day with them, you have no idea what they are going through or what their journey is.
Often the “trigger point“ is something that you have not dealt with and are now suffering a poor emotional response. In order to progress and become a better person, it is best for you to let it go and have some quiet time to reflect and figure out why it is annoying you so much.
